- December 2006 Participants contribute via internet, using a software called webscope and generate ideas to the triggering question which are to be categorized under several clusters. The clusters, will then be discussed and evaluated.
- December 2006 Discussions on the 20 clusters and voting for prioritization. Evaluation and structuring of the voting results and identification of the root cause.
Organisation of a 2-day residential workshop in order to complete Phase I and reach a consensus on future steps. The workshop will use the same methodology as in Step I. A triggering question will be asked to 20 participants. Clustering, prioritization and structuring will then take place after factor generation. There will be two facilitators and two presentations about the overall aims of the project and Steps I & II. Participants will contribute to idea generation and discussions.
March 2007 Identification and training of facilitators by 21st Century Agoras with
- April 2007 the help of Alecos Christakis.
- February 2008 Organisation of least 10 face-to-face workshops (co-laboratories) where after the current situation is defined as in Phase I, points of intervention and necessary steps will be devised.
- November 2007 Identified opportunities and threats, in Step I, will be turned into action items by each co-laboratory using Interactive Management Method.
– February 2008 Participants of the co-laboratories and their facilitators will be responsible of implementing the individual action plans.
- October 2008 Phase III will include 4 steps in total
- June 2008 Step one will organise a one day convention event with international participation where the workshop results will be shared and opened to discussion. The website of Dialogue will also be launched.
-October 2008 Experts will put together all things that has been concluded in the Convention and draw the Citizens’ Charter for Cyprus.
